Who is responsible

SRL name, Registered office, registered as J-number, VAT CUI. Behind it is me, David, and I answer every question about your data myself: garaganceadavid@gmail.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, your email or phone number, your company and website, and what you write about your project.

No analytics, no tracking, no advertising. The site itself sets no cookies.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare your free concept or check. In law that is a step you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

No newsletter, and your details are never sold or passed on for marketing.

Who handles it for me

A few services do the work behind the form:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, receives the form and checks that a person sent it, not a bot.
• Google (Gmail) sends my reply to you and keeps my inbox.
• Notion holds my list of enquiries.
• Telegram tells me that a new enquiry has arrived, without your name or any details.

Outside the EU

Cloudflare, Google and Notion are American companies. Sending your details to them is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

If we don’t end up working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, it becomes part of the client file and is kept as long as Romanian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, get a copy of it, or object to how I use it. Email me at garaganceadavid@gmail.com. I answer within a month, usually within a day.

You can also complain to Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the one in your own country.

On your device

The currency you pick is remembered by your own browser, on your device. It is never sent to me.
